As per Lumpsum Contract between PVEP POC & TOS, TOS used to TOS Ha Long for plug & abandonment of DH-1P, DH-2P, DH-3P well.
TOS Ha Long was towed at 10:30hrs, July 16th 2020 from PVC-MS Port and arrived the DH-1P location at 08:30hrs July 18th 2020. The P&A operation was completed at 09:00hrs 21st November, 2020.
