Phase 1: Installation Engineering:
- Carry out the engineering and develop work procedures for FPSO de-mobilization.
- Obtain approval from PVEP-POC and/or other parties on engineering report(s) and work procedure(s) as required.
Phase 2: FPSO De-mobilization:
- Disconnect and recover the jumper hoses/electrical umbilical jumper from WHP and FPSO ends. All those above items will be recovered and kept onboard FPSO.
- Disconnect 12 anchor legs from FPSO end and lay them on seabed.
Phase 3: Shifting FPSO Away 2 NM from Original Location to Handover Location:
- Shift the FPSO away 2 NM from its original location to handover location in Song Doc Oil Field.
- Support FPSO dropping anchor(s), and handover to FPSO to COMPANY.
- Project close-out and as-built reports submission to SPO and PVEP-POC and/or other relevant parties.
Phase 4: Recovery of 12 Anchor Legs from Seabed:
- Recover 12 anchor legs and its accessories from seabed and store on CO on CONTRACTOR marine spread.
Phase 5: Delivery of Anchor Leg to Vung Tau:
- Transport 12 (twelve) anchor legs (mooring chains, wire ropes, anchors) from Song Doc Oil Field to Vung Tau and handover to COMPANY.
Phase 6: Removal of Gas Lift Compressors:
- Remove 02 x Gas Lift Compressors then return to SPO/PVEP POC by CONTRACTOR equipment at CONTRACTOR’s selected port in Vung Tau.
